Fully hidden frame glass curtain wall: Its structure is to fix the glass frame on the frame composed of aluminum alloy components, that is, the upper frame of the frame is hung on the beam of the aluminum alloy frame system, and the remaining three sides are fixed in different ways on the vertical rod and beam of the frame.
Semi-hidden glass curtain wall: there are two kinds of vertical hidden glass curtain and vertical hidden glass curtain. The former is just a lead alloy vertical rod hidden behind the glass, the glass is placed in the glass inlaid groove of the horizontal rod, and the groove is covered with aluminum alloy pressure plate, which is covered outside the glass; The latter is fixed vertically by glass inlay groove and horizontally by structural adhesive.
Framed glass curtain wall: This structural form, whether using section steel as the skeleton, or using special aluminum alloy profiles as the dual material of glass frame and skeleton, displays the vertical and horizontal aluminum alloy frame on the entire curtain wall plane.
Hanging glass curtain wall: This is a four-claw stainless steel pendant welded with the column, each claw of the pendant is connected with a hole in a piece of glass, that is, two pendants are connected with four pieces of glass at the same time, or a piece of glass is fixed on four pendants.
Frameless glass curtain wall: also known as structural glass, it is usually suspended from the top by a hook at a certain distance or with a special profile. At the same time, the upper and lower support frames and support rails are added to enhance the stiffness of the glass wall. This curtain wall is mostly used in the first floor of buildings, similar to floor-to-ceiling Windows.
These are some basic information about glass construction. It should be noted that with the development of architectural technology and design concepts, more new forms of glass construction may appear.
