Blowing type: When artificial molding, hand-held blow pipe from the crucible or pool kiln to pick the material, in the iron mold or wood mold blowing into the shape of the instrument. Rotary blowing method for smooth circular products; Static blowing method is used for products with convex and concave patterns or shapes that are not round. First pick colorless material blowing into a small bubble, and then use the small bubble pick color material or milky material blowing into a shape called nesting material blowing. With the color of fusible particles on the milky turbidite, the color of natural melting flow, can be blown into natural scenery utensils; The color material is stained with ribbon emulsion, which can be blown into a drawing vessel. Mechanical molding is used to blow large quantities of products. After receiving the material, the blowing machine automatically closes the iron mold and blows it into the shape of a vessel. Can also use pressure-blow molding, the material is first washed into a small bubble (prototype), and then continue to blow into the shape of the instrument. It has higher efficiency and better quality than simply blowing with a blowing machine.
Press forming: When artificial forming, artificial material is cut into the iron mold, drive the punch, press into the shape of the mold, and release the mold after solidification. Press forming is suitable for small utension-shaped products with outsole that can exit the punch, such as cups, plates, ashtrays, etc.
Centrifugal molding: the material is in the rotating mold, and the centrifugal force generated by the rotation makes the glass unfold and close to the mold, and takes out after solidification. Suitable for the molding of large glassware with uniform walls.
Free forming: also known as mold free forming. Repeated baking or hot bonding before kiln with hand-picked material. The finished products are also called kiln glass products.
The formed glassware must be annealed to eliminate the thermal stress caused by unbalanced cooling. Simple shape of ordinary pressed products and kiln glass products can no longer be processed, most glassware molding after a variety of processing to complete the product shape, with artistic effect. The main processing methods are removal of cap, grinding, polishing, surface loss of light treatment and spray color.
