How to make a glass cup? You must first understand the manufacturing process and technology of glass cups.
The glass manufacturing process mainly includes:
1. Wire drawing.
2. Blow the ball.
3. Glass cover opening.
4. Opening and sealing of glass liner.
5. Interface.
6. Back cover.
7. Decal paper.
8. Annealing.
As long as the quality is ensured and the above eight production processes are followed for normative operation, one ring is buckled.
Of course, many glasses that need special processing will also involve the integration of printing process and customization process.
For example, some patterns mainly include screen printing and flower paper baking.
Most glasses are made by machines, but traditional glasses are made by blowing.
The glasses produced by machines are identical, but each hand-made glass is unique.
In addition, there are three kinds of glass materials:
1. Sodium calcium glass water cup is also the most common glass water cup in our lives. Its main components are silica, sodium oxide and calcium oxide. This kind of water cup is made by mechanism and manual blowing. It is cheap and is a daily necessities. If sodium calcium glassware is used for drinking hot drinks, it usually needs to be tempered when leaving the factory, otherwise the glass will crack if the temperature difference is too large.
2. High borosilicate glass water cup, which is named for its high content of boron oxide. The tea set, teapot and double-layer cup commonly used for making tea can withstand the change of large temperature difference without breaking. Its high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance can not be compared with traditional glass. It is safe and healthy, with good permeability and crystal body.
3. Crystal glass water glass, which is a high-end product in glass, is called crystal glass because it contains many metal elements and its refractive index and permeability are very close to natural crystal. There are two kinds of crystal glass, lead crystal glass and lead-free crystal glass. Lead crystal glass is not recommended for consumption, especially when drinking acidic drinks with water cups. Lead will dissolve into acidic liquid, and long-term consumption will cause lead poisoning. Lead free crystal contains no lead element and is harmless to the body.
